Tell us about your business.

We’re a husband and wife team who have been running Frazar James hairdressers since 1998. We used to be based in a row of shops in the town centre and moved into the old railway building in June.

What are you most proud of?

How great the salon looks despite the short timescale in which we had to relocate and set up our business. We had just three weeks to get the place in order before the grand opening.

Who are your customers?

We have a large client base including regular customers, some of whom have been coming to us for years. We even have clients that come from as far as London and Germany.

What is your business philosophy?

To improve people’s lives and the way they look, while promoting the brands we carry.

What do you like about your Network Rail property?

When we were looking to relocate we were blown away by how bright and spacious the unit was and thought it would be perfect for the new salon. It’s a really attractive building and we’ve had great feedback from our customers who love the new, modern look.

What’s the best thing about the area?

Frodsham is a nice Cheshire village that has a great community feel. We’ve been based here for 15 years and have a lovely relationship with our clients.
