Eligibility and how to access the offer

The offer is available on a first come first served basis for up to 100 of our customers who are not FSB members now or have been in the previous two years. To claim the discount, our customers should call the FSB on 01253 361 143 and provide their tenant reference number. This is included on any invoice received from The Arch Company. 

For validation purposes once customer registration has been completed our customers will be required to provide FSB with their tenant reference number, which can be found on the top of any customer invoice from us. FSB will contact our customers directly via email within seven days to request this information.
