We’ve been the Arch Company since 2019, but we’re part of a much longer history of the railways. Our 24.8 million sq. ft. portfolio has 5,300 properties including railway arches, former station buildings and parcels of land. We’re in central, connected and prime locations; and with more urban space to rent than anyone else, we make it easy to find what’s right for you.
Many charities and community groups find a home in our railway arches, and we're proud to play a part in their mission. The Arch Company also donates some of our vacant spaces to charities and community groups for short term use, on a case by case basis. It's our way of helping to foster positive economic and social impact.
