How does renting an arch with us work?

We want to make occupying your arch as easy as possible – because starting your business journey should be exciting, not overwhelming! For instance, we offer flexible leasing on certain properties and you can even pay your deposit in instalments.

Step one

Find the right space

Choose the properties you’d like to know more about (you can choose as many as you like), then get in touch with our enquiries team to arrange to be shown around.

Step two

Let us know you're interested

Let us know once you’ve decided on a space to rent and want to go ahead.

Step three

Review the Key Terms

We’ll send you the agreed Key Terms, and relevant documents for you to read and confirm that you’re happy with them.

Step four

Complete referencing

We will need to carry out reference checks and discuss any refurbishment ideas you may want to make.
Step five

Sign your Agreement

You’ll receive your Occupation Agreement digitally to review and sign. You’ll then need to agree a completion date, pay your completion fees and set up a direct debit mandate.

Step six

Move in and get started!

Congratulations – it’s completion day! We’ll send back the completed Occupation Agreement and meet you at your new property to hand over the keys.
