We are working with our tenants to help them grow and to make a difference within their local communities. By working together with tenants, local authorities and other community organisations, we are delivering changes that help to make our estate a great place to live and work.

Bringing arches back into use to support charities, community organisations and start-up businesses

Supporting communities by match-funding staff giving and investing via our Social Fund

Helping our tenants to develop their businesses

The impact of the Coronavirus pandemic means that we’ve had to put some of our plans in this area on hold. However, we are close to confirming a partnership to roll-out a programme that will benefit tenants and will provide further information on this when it is available.

Caring for our environment

We have established an Environmental Working Group to implement best practice and improve environmental sustainability across our estate.  We will report on progress in this area in 2021.

Connecting our tenants to help them to grow

We are currently developing a National Directory of Tenant Businesses with the aim of developing a strong network among our diverse tenant community. We’ll share more details soon.

Working with local authorities to support our communities

We have regular meetings with local authorities and work in partnership with them to support tenants and communities across our estate.
