Jobs boost for Bermondsey as The Arch Company submits plans to bring 29 derelict railway arches back into use

This month, we submitted plans to Southwark Council that will see us invest £10m to bring 29 empty railway arches in Bermondsey back into use. Left empty for a decade, these arches are a key part of our development plan – Project 1000 – where we are investing £200million in order to bring a thousand empty and derelict spaces back into use by 2030.

Brixton kiosks to rent: open days for prospective businesses

A brilliant array of kiosk space is now available to let within the iconic Brixton Arches. To highlight the rental options available in this area, The Arch Company, the UK’s leading small business landlord, is creating a pop-up agency to show potential new customers around. Kiosk 1-7 and 10 within the railway arches along Atlantic Road and Brixton Station Road will be open on Thursday 19 May from 12-2pm, and at the same time on Thursdays the 16 and 30 June.
