  2. Make an offer

    Let us know once you’ve decided on a space to rent. We’ll then send you the agreed Key Terms, and relevant documents, and carry out your reference checks.

  3. Become a customer

    Review and sign your Occupation Agreement, pay your deposit and fees – and that’s it! We’ll meet you at your new property to hand over the keys.
