Here's how it works:
We specialise in right-sized, good quality properties across the UK, and have an enquiries team who can help a business you know find a space that works for them. They can contact us at leasing@thearchco.com using the subject line 'Refer a friend promotion'.
They should let us know what your business name is when they contact us at the point of enquiry, so we know they came from you!
Our enquiries team have matched them to their perfect space to meet their business and budget - once the Occupation Agreement is signed you both become eligible for reward.
Once the Occupation Agreement is signed, we will contact you to arrange your reward.
This will be awarded 4 months after your first move in date.
You can continue to refer as many friends as you like and receive the same reward each time!

Terms and Conditions
The promoter of the ‘Refer a friend’ promotion (‘Promotion’) is The Arch Company Properties Limited (‘Arch Co’, ‘our’ or ‘we’), registered in England and Wales under company number 11516452. These rules (‘Terms’) explain how the Promotion works and apply to both the party making the referral (‘Referrer’, ‘you’ or ‘your’) and the party being referred to Arch Co (‘Referee’).
Please note these Terms are in addition to the Privacy Policy (https://www.thearchco.com/privacy-policy), as well as any other agreement between you and Arch Co.
How to Take Part
You can take part in the Promotion if you are an existing Arch Co customer (see ‘Eligibility Exclusions’ below). To make a referral, just email leasing@thearchco.com with:
Your business name (or personal name) and the unit you occupy. If you are a tenant of multiple units, you only need to provide details of one unit that meets the requirements of bullet point 1 of the ‘Qualifying Referral’ section below.
The entity/person you are referring using the subject line ‘Refer a friend promotion’.
Qualifying Referrals
Subject to the ‘Eligibility Exclusions’ (set out below), for your referral to qualify for a reward, it must meet the conditions outlined below (a ‘Qualifying Referral’).
The Referrer must hold at least one active tenancy with Arch Co and have occupied the premises continuously for a minimum of four months. If the current tenancy is an extension or renewal of a previous tenancy, the combined period of occupation must total at least four months without any break. Where the Referrer has multiple tenancies with Arch Co, at least one of the tenancies must meet these requirements.
- The Referee must be a new tenant of Arch Co.
- Contact between the Referee and Arch Co must result from your referral.
- The Referee must contact Arch Co and deal directly with Arch Co (not through a third party like a managing agent) and confirm that the Referrer introduced the Referee to Arch Co.
- You must have consent from the Referee to provide their details.
- The Referee must sign a tenancy with Arch Co which is for a duration of at least one year and follows a referral made by you.
If your referral qualifies, Arch Co will notify you. At that point, you can choose your reward: either a single reduction of £1,000 off your rent (where applicable, for a unit of your choosing provided such a unit satisfies the requirements of bullet point 1 of ‘Qualifying Referral’ section), which will be applied on the date specified in our ‘Reward Confirmation Letter’, this date will be no earlier than four months after the Referee moves into their unit or a [£1,000] John Lewis voucher, which will be issued on the date stated in the same letter.
Please note: only one reward will be issued per Referee tenancy which results from Qualifying Referral, regardless of the number of Referees or occupants under that tenancy.
Eligibility Exclusions
Certain conditions may prevent you from receiving the reward under the Promotion. Please review the conditions below to ensure you remain eligible.
- To receive the reward, the Referrer must have no overdue rent, no outstanding deposit payments, and must not be in breach of any terms under any tenancy agreements with Arch Co at the time the reward is due to be issued.
- The Referee must not be part of the same company group as the Referrer (including but not limited to subsidiaries or holding companies).
- Neither you nor Arch Co must have served notice to terminate the tenancy, and the tenancy must remain active at the time the reward is due to be issued.
General
The Promotion will remain in effect in its current form until Arch Co cancels, suspends, or updates it, which Arch Co may do at its sole discretion, at any time.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
