You want to get up and running smoothly and quickly—without any unnecessary worries. Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee means that you don’t have to worry about the essentials, leaving you to focus on what matters most: growing your business.
Flexible Spaces Made for You
We offer highly flexible spaces, designed to help you create your perfect workspace. Each property is carefully inspected the week before you receive your keys to check it’s fit for purpose, and everything works as it should.
Our Commitment to You
If any issues arise with selected fixtures and fittings during normal business use within the first 90 days of your lease, we promise to fix them quickly and at no cost to you. If we can’t resolve the problem within the agreed timeframe, we will pay you £250 compensation per tenancy.
What’s Covered?
This guarantee applies to the following items (if present in your space):
- Shutters, doors, and glazing
- Lighting and power installations
- Toilets and plumbing
- Arch lining
How We Deliver on Our Promise
- We will aim to fix most issues within 14 days of you letting us know, if we are unable to do this we will notify you and provide a clear deadline.
- If we don’t meet the agreed deadline, you’ll receive £250 compensation per tenancy—because your peace of mind is our priority.
