Our approach is to engage with our customers to agree tailored solutions to temporary financial difficulties or arrears that may have accrued as a result. For example, would it help to switch from quarterly to monthly payment temporarily, to downsize to a smaller space, or to start a payment plan to deal with arrears?

Briefly describe your current trading circumstances. If you operate multiple sites, please identify whether this relates to your premises with us or your business as a whole. As far as possible please refer to specific financial or other information, rather than general sentiment.
Please note for a payment plan of 6 months we may require further information (e.g. bank statements) to assess your application.
Please note that for payment plans longer than six months we may ask for financial information such as bank statements, detailed statutory accounts and/or management accounts.
